Hospice Care
Canuck Place is the Vancouver children’s hospice and has multiple services for supporting children with life limiting conditions and their families in BC.
The goal is to enhance the quality of children with life limiting conditions and provide a high quality level of care in different areas - medical, social, spiritual and psychological in a home like environment.
Canuck Place has an interdisciplinary team that includes: nurses, doctors, recreation and music therapists, bereavement and grief counsellors, social workers, chaplain (spiritual care), school teachers, volunteers and support staff.
